I like to keep my tours casual. Starting with our meeting location, we juxtapose “Philadelphia then and now.”We jump back and forth through time to give you a clearer picture of how the “Green Country Towne” of William Penn's design became the home of hoagies and cheesesteaks. Come hungry and wear comfortable shoes! We will be seeing the city through local eyes. No set route. No pre-planned itinerary. We may stop at a dive bar and have some of Ben Franklin's brew, explore Chinatown, or a imprompt food tour. Day or night. Philly has a lot to offer and I am anxious to show it to you.
I live off a diet of facts. Each new morsel is like a slice of Grandma's apple cobbler. Did you know the first cult was formed right outside of Philadelphia? How about the first abolitionist protest being here as well? Maybe you knew that only tourists get cheesesteaks from Pat's or Geno's? No worries, if you did not know, that is why I am here. As a member of the Association of Philadelphia Tour Guides, Pennsylvania Historical Society, and a historian in training, my tour will be an equal mix of history, food, drinks, and conversation. Featuring the Olde City, William Penn, Manayunk, tastykakes, craft beer, and how to use “jawn”in a sentence, my tours are a crash course in Philadelphia wit out having to be from here.

Keshler's experience was fantastic. He took us around the city and provided some great facts, but also filled us in on his perspective and told us some hilarious stories. He was very welcoming and made us feel right at home in Philadelphia.
