About Your Local Guide

I am Susie Perloff, a third-generation Philadelphian. I’ve been a professional guide for one year, a volunteer guide for 30. I offer 3 standard tours: A: Historical Philly for parents and their kids. We can do a grown-up tour or a youthful one, taking more breaks in the latter. B: Where we really live + work: Downtown theaters, parks, littlest streets. See retail and dining gems and surprising sights and sites. C. Taste of the city: Italian Market, real cheesesteaks and dangling salamis. I want you to have fun while you visit my city. Tell me what tours YOU want to take, and I will lead you.

How it works

Step 1. Click 'Go Now' to request a tour that starts right away. Click 'Schedule Tour' to send a request for a time in the future.
*Your credit card will not be charged until the guide accepts the request.*

Step 2. If the guide is available, they will accept the tour request. Either way, we will notify you via email/text within 5 minutes for 'Go Now' requests and within 24 hours for 'Schedule Tour' requests.

Step 3. If you have chosen 'Go Now', your guide will immediately leave to come meet you and start your tour. If you have scheduled a tour, you'll receive a reminder 24 hours in advance of the start time

Step 4. After the guide accepts the tour request, we'll send you a text/email with a confirmation code. When the guide arrives, you'll give the guide that confirmation code to start the tour.

Step 5. Enjoy!
