This tour involves alot of walking if your up for it. Wear good comfortable walking shoes or sneakers. For one or more people. Great tour for families, couples or someone who just wants to know the city better. Tour starts at fountains at City hall. Tour times between 9am to 5pm any day. Dog friendly tour. Well behaved dogs are welcome on this tour. There will be 3 Points in which there will be places to sit down and have a drink.

About Your Local Guide

Im Tonya and as someone born and raised here I would love to show you the different layers of Philadelphia and tell history that rarely gets seen or heard by guests. I Attended college in center city Philadelphia in my early 20s. Worked throughout center city in my 30s. I can relate alot of modern history and events. Im very active and love the outdoors. My favorite things are Art, architecture, design, furniture, fabric, floral, fashion and food. Have the most experience in art and design. What you get. A Friendly, fun, warm and welcoming tour. I want to share the city with others. Can give special holiday tours in December. Sat and Sun and Tuesdays between 10am and 3pm. This is not your grandmas historic tour.

How it works

Step 1. Click 'Go Now' to request a tour that starts right away. Click 'Schedule Tour' to send a request for a time in the future.
*Your credit card will not be charged until the guide accepts the request.*

Step 2. If the guide is available, they will accept the tour request. Either way, we will notify you via email/text within 5 minutes for 'Go Now' requests and within 24 hours for 'Schedule Tour' requests.

Step 3. If you have chosen 'Go Now', your guide will immediately leave to come meet you and start your tour. If you have scheduled a tour, you'll receive a reminder 24 hours in advance of the start time

Step 4. After the guide accepts the tour request, we'll send you a text/email with a confirmation code. When the guide arrives, you'll give the guide that confirmation code to start the tour.
