If you cancel your tour within 5 minutes of booking a tour, you will be refunded 100% of the booking fee you paid, otherwise you will not be entitled to a refund.
Notwithstanding the above cancellation provisions, if cancellation is due to circumstances beyond your control, examples of which are acts of God such as, but not limited to, fires, explosions, earthquakes, drought, tidal waves and floods, war, hostilities, whether war be declared or not), invasion, act of foreign enemies, mobilization, requisition, or embargo rebellion, revolution, insurrection, or military or usurped power, or civil war, contamination by radio-activity from any nuclear fuel, or from any nuclear waste from the combustion of nuclear fuel, radio-active toxic explosive, or other hazardous properties of any explosive nuclear assembly or nuclear component of such assembly, riot or commotion, travel warning issued by the United States Department of State after you book a tour, you will receive a 100% refund. Determination of whether circumstances beyond your control exist will be solely determined by Zeeno.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Delaware in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site.
